Policies for Sessions

To ensure a fair and smooth experience for all parties, the following policies apply:


Client Lateness Policy

  1. Up to 15 minutes late:
    Clients may arrive up to 15 minutes late without it affecting the session. The full session duration will be honored.
  2. 15+–40 minutes late:
    If a client is between 10+ and 40 minutes late, the time lost will be deducted from the session, and the session will be shorter as a result.
  3. 40+ minutes late:
    If a client is more than 40 minutes late, the session will be canceled, and the fee will not be refunded.

Provider Lateness Policy

  1. Up to 15 minutes late:
    If the provider is up to 15 minutes late, the session duration will not be affected, and the full session will still take place.
  2. 15+–40 minutes late:
    If  the provider is between 15+ and 40 minutes late, you will receive a £50 voucher as compensation.
  3. 40+ minutes late:
    If the provider is more than 40 minutes late, you will receive a voucher equivalent to the amount you paid for the session, and the session will be rescheduled to another mutually convenient date.

Note: Provider lateness is extremely rare, and every effort is made to ensure sessions run on time.

Voucher Details:

  • Vouchers can be used for any other styling service or vintage selection.
  • Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  1. Partial Refunds:
    • You are eligible for a partial refund if you cancel your session at least one week in advance.
    • Please note that 20% of the total fee is considered a non-refundable deposit.
  2. Rescheduling:
    • You may change the session date up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
    • You are allowed to reschedule the session one time only.

Exceptions

This policy does not apply in cases of tragic events or serious accidents that affect either party. Flexibility and understanding will be applied under such circumstances.
